Job Title : Senior Business Support Assistant

Location : Hove

Start Date : ASAP

Rate of pay : £13.48

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

*Hybrid working after training is completed*

Responsibilities:

  • Process and responses to customers – telephone and emails – ensuring that information is understood by customer or third party – support the team with appropriate business changes – supporting business and customers.
  • Join one of three teams in Hove – Payments, opening accounts and processes, and getting customers accounts up to date.
  • You will be assigned to one team initially, then could be assigned to another team – You will be trained on all areas in the office again.

Experience:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong attention to details proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally PowerPoint
  • Administrative experience
  • Is able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Is well organised, with experience of planning and executing tasks which require co-ordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Is a positive and active team member who demonstrates the Lloyds Banking Group vision and values
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  • Takes ownership to break down barriers, solve problems and shares successes / learnings
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves
  • Preferably has previous banking experience / administrative experience
