Position Summary
The Scheduler/Precertification Specialist is the first contact for all patients, physician offices, clinical departments, physicians and other customers.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ( KSAs )
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum one year experience, preferred. Minimum one year experience and knowledge in health insurance preferred. Computer experience with proficiency in data entry.
