SUMMARY

As our Property Coordinator, youll champion the success of our Southeast Iowa properties, ensuring they shine and prosper. From coordinating smooth move-ins and move-outs to managing renewals, your work will uphold the highest standards of property management. Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is devoted to the success of our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold Property Standards: Maintain the appearance and functionality of shared spaces and exteriors, including landscaping.
  • Facilitate Resident Transitions: Streamline move-ins and move-outs, guiding residents through the process.
  • Lead Property Tours: Showcase properties to potential residents.
  • Manage Renewals: Administer renewal options for current residents.
  • Oversee Rent Collection: Handle timely rent payments and manage delinquent accounts as needed.
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping goals and strategies for the property portfolio.
  • Coordinate Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize tasks.
  • Promote Sustainability: Introduce energy-saving and eco-friendly practices to reduce costs and impact.
  • Cultivate a Positive Work Culture: Foster a supportive and encouraging environment among staff.
  • Represent the Company: Attend industry events and networking functions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Effective multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience: Prior property management experience is a must.
  • Transportation: Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
