Job Purpose and Impact

The Order Management Data and Technology Specialist will be the analytical driver for the customer service organization and will act as the point of contact for any system, data and technology matters related to order management across service levels and segments. In this role, you will have an in depth understanding of key order management technologies, will train and coach the customer service team members in customer service tools and processes and will drive improved customer experience through advanced analytics. Key Accountabilities

Check accuracy and consistency of customer and contract data, credit, pricing, quality, delivery and order documentation records and resolve errors and discrepancies.
Use advanced analytical skills to report and analyze metrics and work closely with involved functions to conduct root cause analysis, explain and clarify information with other team members to find resolutions, influence or persuade others to accept new ideas, approaches or concepts.
Lead and support the preparation and reporting of internal and external joint customer scorecards.
Use advanced analytical capabilities to support customer facing specialists to provide resolution to customer issues of highest complexity.
Support and provide insights to process improvement and technology optimization projects.
Support the measurement of customer experience and process performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coach and train members of the customer service organization in order management tools and technologies.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Understanding of order management technologies.
Minimum of four years of related work experience. Preferred Qualification
  • Implementation of, or participation in, Integrated Business Planning processes in another region, business and/or company
  • Prior experience with business intelligence software (Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Previous experience driving continuous improvement
