Position Summary

Assisting with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational activities at the Crime Victims &amp Rape Crisis Center (CVRCC). Performs a variety of specialized activities and functions with planning, collection, and/or analysis of information required for decisions regarding staffing, funding, and department programs and services.

Pay Grade 44
Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education


Minimum Qualifications

100%

1. Four (4) years of experience in progressive administrative, clerical, or operational experience AND

2. High school diploma or possess a GED OR

3. Three (3) years of experience in an increasingly responsible administrative capacity and one (1) year of college study (30 semester hours or 36 quarters).

4. PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Organizes office operations &amp procedures.

2. Meets and assists staff and the external community in a courteous manner.

3. Maintains calendars of management-level staff.

4. Handles external and internal office communication.

5. Reviews, formats, and edits materials to ensure accuracy.

6. Assists staff with organizing community events.

7. Assists all staff with travel authorizations and reimbursements in a timely manner.

8. Maintains a filing system of all executed contracts and grants.

9. Maintains agency inventory to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

10. Performs data entry and analysis to produce monthly and quarterly reports.

11. Assists with coordinating all internal and external meetings.

12. Maintains all agency conference rooms and lobbies to ensure professionalism and upkeep.

13. Maintains productive relationships with agency vendors.

14. Performs other duties as required or directed.

Special Requirements

1. Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver’s License or secure one by date of employment.

2. Must have daily access to an operable automobile and meet County requirements for automobile insurance as of the date of employment.

3. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
