We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Merchandise Sample Coordinator
to join our clients team in Glendale, CA!
In this role, you will be responsible for the identification and tracking of samples sent to our office from overseas vendors, creating labels with brand item numbers and launch dates, and trafficking samples to various parties. You will also update various spreadsheets, process and track vendor invoices, and ensure our sample room and studio remain tidy and organized. Effective communication with buyers and photographers is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and track samples sent to our office from overseas vendors.
- Create labels with Shop Disney item numbers and launch dates, and distribute them to various parties.
- Update various spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of samples and invoices.
- Process and track vendor invoices.
- Organize and maintain the sample room and studio.
- Communicate effectively with Buyers and Photographers.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Ability to drive a company-owned cargo van (Class C drivers license required) to various locations in Los Angeles and Orange County for photo shoots.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 30-40 lbs.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs suite for data entry and tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of photography.
- Background in production as a Production Assistant (PA) or Coordinator is highly preferred.
- Skills in Photoshop and video editing.
