Summary Job Goal: Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator, the File Clerk shall assist in the organization sorting and filing of all documentation in the dept. This is a temporary position. Performance Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- To provide overall data entry and document file support to the Program Staff.
- Receive, review, enter, and distribute documents as directed by the department.
- Maintain files to insure proper order of filing system.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes as necessary.
- Assist Department in coordinating and planning of document projects as necessary.
