Falcon Point Resort, managed by East West Hospitality, is nestled on the picturesque shores of Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO. We offer 58 Vacation Ownership units and are dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to enhance our team. If you excel in communication, have strong telephone etiquette, possess prior experience in front desk or guest service roles, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Exhibit a positive attitude, professionalism, and outstanding customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in RDP reservation software and possess strong computer skills.
• Guest Interactions: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage guest requests, and provide timely responses to maintenance and housekeeping needs.

Location : Falcon Point – Avon, CO

Start Date : ASAP

Employment Type : Part-Time, Year Round

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Schedule : Flexible, full-time, days, nights, and weekends.

• Customer Service skills
• Front desk experience preferred
• English fluency required Spanish preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States year-round
