The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital &amp Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

This role will report to the B60 VP of Enterprise Data and Augmented Intelligence (EDAI) in Technology. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Executive Assistant to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining leader’s schedule with a high level of tact and integrity, including scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones, follow-up and reminders to effectively meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Managing the logistics of key meetings, room booking, catering, production of meeting materials
  • Coordinating travel arrangements including air, hotel, and car service.
  • Reconciling expenses and filing expense reports.
  • Managing and tracking the payroll system for the team (holidays, vacation, sick days, etc.).
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies, including placing orders.
  • Managing confidential filing and keeping regulatory records, where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative experience, with solid organization, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with individuals of varying levels, maintain key internal &amp external relationships.
  • An ability to work independently with minimal direction, be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks within specified timeframes, such as organizing large meetings, catering, luncheon, dinner, and arranging travel.
  • Handling of confidential and sensitive issues in an appropriate manner
  • Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Amex organization and Amex-specific systems (procurement, payroll, HR, etc.) is a plus.

Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits
