National Gas Transmission (NGT) has an exciting and important role in net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK.
We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today.
The Security function here at National Gas delivers a holistic security service to the whole of the organisation.
Due to continued growth within the Security functions, we are seeking a talented Document Controller to join us to develop and implement document control and management processes and procedures.
You will work collaboratively with the Corporate Security team to implement document control systems and ensure robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role between our Office HQ in Warwick and home and the closing date for applications is 1st July 2024
About You
- Commercial experience in a Document Controller role
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Power Automate
