Responsibilities
Dispatch Chauffers and drivers for ground transportation trips
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Develop and monitor performance indicators
Multi-Tasking and able to operate several monitors at once
Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Have continuous management of the dispatch board throughout the day. Check all open calls and dispatch accordingly
Qualifications for Dispatcher / Call Center
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to remain calm and composed during busy times
Someone who is reliable, this is a very important position within the company!
