Merrill Gardens Senior Living is looking for part-time Dishwashers to join our family!

Mostly weekends needed.

Some responsibilities include:

Provide a high level of customer service to Residents and Team Members by achieving the standards as outlined in the MG CARES program.

• Wash pots and pans following prescribed procedures found in Company Policy and Procedure for Kitchen Sanitation.
• Assist the cooks in preparation of the breakfast, lunch or dinner meals.
• Prepare dishwasher machine for next dishwashing period.
• Record wash, rinse and sanitize levels on the Dish Machine Temperature Log Sheet.
• Wash all dishes following prescribed procedures found in the Company policy and procedure for kitchen sanitation.
• Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
• Complete all cleaning duties on daily, weekly or monthly cleaning schedules.
• Remove all garbage from the kitchen and dish room.
• Mop the dish-room and kitchen floors twice daily and as needed.
• In the event you are the last employee to leave the kitchen, at the end of the shift follow all closing procedures as outlined in the Company Policies and Procedures.
• Assist with other duties including prep work, hot or cold line assistance, food storage, and dating and labeling.
