Responsibilities: Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Manage and oversee continuous improvements to the Company’s confidential hotline, incident management system, and investigation policies and procedures
  • Review all incoming reports of incidents and potential violations to determine appropriate investigation assignment and response
  • Ensure investigations are properly scoped and conducted in a manner that upholds our Company’s Speak Up Culture, Non-retaliation Policy, Culture and Values
  • Lead, conduct and document complete and timely internal investigations falling under the responsibility of the Ethics &amp Compliance department
  • Partner, liaise and support the completion of investigations by other departments including Human Resources, Quality, Health &amp Safety, Information Security, and Legal.
  • Work directly with and supervise outside counsel or other service providers assisting in investigations
  • Prepare timely, accurate and well-documented reports.
  • Prepare and deliver written and oral summaries and presentations for senior management and Board members
  • Analyze and track trends across investigations and employee reporting to measure and improve the company’s Speak up Culture and overall state of compliance

Expertise: Knowledge &amp Skills
  • Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.
  • Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Target Based Range: $170,000 – $180,000 Qualifications: Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required:
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
