What youll be doing:
Support Windows, Goods-in and Despatch in Administrative activities
Co-ordinate with Supply Chain team and generate various documentation
Key activities:
Generating daily service level and shift reports
Updating pallet spreadsheets
Booking, releasing and confirming orders in Aurora (System 21)
Sending various email communications and updates regarding vehicle departures
Updating Kronos and step-up forms
Daily order cancellation in Aurora (System 21)
Generating and printing Delivery Invoices from Aurora (System 21)
What we are looking for:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Excellent IT skills Knowledge of MS Excel
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off.
