The Coordinator in the Enterprise Transformation Office will work with data, technology and people within a complex business model to assist in addressing emerging needs of the Optum / Northern Light Health partnership. As part of the Enterprise Transformation Office the Coordinator will provide project management support to enable ETO responsibilities, as assigned, including participation in project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, implementation or other elements of the end-to-end process and the delivery of results leading to improvement of clinical, financial and business outcomes in the partnership.

This role reports directly to the Director, Enterprise Transformation Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Using standard tools and templates, help develop program or project documentation in consultation with applicable team members (e.g., program/project charter, project plan, business case)
  • Help identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
  • Work with team members and others (stakeholders, shared services team) to help drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Assist in the development of project budgets: assist in the collection, analyzing and maintaining of financial forecast information (e.g., labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources, as needed
  • Help establish desired outcomes/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate management methods, team member or stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition)
  • Help maintain timelines and accountability of team members or projects in order to achieve program or project milestones performance objectives and goals
  • Assist in the Development, communication and implementation of program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organizations strategic objectives and support resolution of any related issues
  • At a basic level, understand and be able to utilize the project life cycle and change management methodologies and tools to develop, document and implement project plans
  • Understand and utilize tools for end-to-end execution of ETO projects
  • Help ETO Team monitor, track, document, and report implementation status and performance
  • Assist the ETO Team in documentation of and delivery of the transition from project implementation to support/sustainment &amp ensure all project deliverables are completed &amp archived
  • Help schedule and document required business stakeholder and team member discussions and meetings, employing excellent communication and presentation skills. Develop meeting agenda and materials and produce meeting notes/meeting minutes in a timely manner
  • Participate in the training to identified stakeholders and change agents on effective process improvement, project management and change management tools and methods, as needed
  • Support ETO operational activities related to status reporting, deliverables, project/program/portfolio tracking or other identified activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience to include responsibilities for a small to medium projects
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work Eastern time zone hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Smart Sheet experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings
  • Ability to manage work with limited direction
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
