Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take student/parent calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the PAWS option.
  • Review student accounts, providing updates and general information about university functions.
  • Accurate routing of departmental level escalations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
