DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The primary goal of this position is to serve as an Administrative Assistant 1, providing administrative support to the operations of Clear Creek Forest District. This includes various tasks such as procurement, contracting, budgeting, financial assistance, clerical duties, and other assigned responsibilities.
Your exemplary administrative skills will ensure the smooth running of our office, allowing us to continue providing top-notch services to our state forest visitors and the sustainable management of our natural resources!

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, AD HOC, according to district policy. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Clarion.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING &amp ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
