- Daily office checks of deliveries, front of house, common areas, workstations, and meeting areas,
- Ordering, replenish and manage inventory of stationary office supplies consumables (refreshments)
- Organize and co-ordinate office visits from employees and visitors,
- Contribute to the general upkeep of the working environment,
- Meeting room management,
- Assistance with planning, organizing, and managing offsite meetings being held at the office,
- Frequent contact with employees as well as external personnel, including suppliers, vendors, and third-party contractors,
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all office areas, including meeting rooms common areas break rooms and kitchen,
- Be the point of contact for employee inquiries & provide assistance to them in relation to any office requests,
- Assist the office manager & EA with coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees who are visiting the office,
- Assist with planning of quarterly wellbeing events and offsites,
- Act as deputy in Office Managers absence,
- Provide support with any diary management required by the on-site SLT on occasion,
- Be able to assist with any business needs which might arise day-to-day.
- Proven experience of working in fast-paced & dynamic office environment,
- Experience in a similar role within an office environment of comparable size is a plus,
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,
- Experience in raising PO’s – preferred but not essential,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel,
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them,
